Design of exhaust gas treatment for painting equipment
Release Date:2021-12-06
Painting equipment, painting line painting workshop in the production process discharged a lot of coating drying gas, gas contains a high concentration of toluene. If the exhaust gas is discharged directly into the atmosphere without treatment, it will not only pollute the surrounding environment, but also lead to a great consumption of raw materials, and at the same time, it will have a certain impact on the image of the enterprise, so it must be treated. Hebei Linard Painting Equipment Co., Ltd. based on on-site investigation and research and analysis, the feasibility of toluene treatment and recovery process in the exhaust gas produced by the painting equipment painting line is formulated for the reference of enterprises and environmental protection management departments, and provides preparation for the formal implementation of the exhaust gas treatment project of painting equipment in the future.
2. Design basis
2.1 Types, concentrations and temperatures of pollutants contained in the exhaust gas of the painting line of the painting equipment
Pollutant type: toluene
Pollutant emission: toluene is 270 kg/h, exhaust gas emission is 33,000 m3/h
Oven outlet temperature: 70 ~ 80℃
According to the calculation, the toluene concentration is 8182mg/m3, so it belongs to high concentration and high air volume type.
2.2 Design scale of exhaust gas treatment of painting equipment
Waste gas treatment capacity: 33,000 m3/h; Toluene emission of 270 kg/h (Max)
Note: This scheme is designed according to the maximum value.
2.3 Exhaust gas treatment design range of painting equipment
All process equipment, connecting pipes, pipe fittings, valves, fans, electrical devices, automatic control equipment, etc., from the outlet after the confluence of the exhaust pipes in the workshop to the outlet of the exhaust fan.
2.4 Gas emission concentration after coating equipment treatment
Exhaust gas emission standards shall be implemented in GB16297-1996 "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" in the secondary standards, as detailed in Table 1.
