According to the production procedure, it can be divided into single room and channel type, and the equipment form has straight through type and bridge type. The hot air circulation oven has good thermal insulation and the temperature inside the oven is uniform and the heat loss is small. After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than ±3℃, which has reached the performance index of similar products in advanced countries.

5, heat source system: hot air circulation is a common heating method. It uses the convection conduction principle to heat the oven to realize the drying and solidification of the workpiece. Heat source can be selected according to the specific situation of the user: electricity steam gas or fuel. The heat source box can be set according to the oven: placed on the bottom and side of the top.

6, electronic control system: painting line electrical control with centralized and single-row control. Centralized control can use a programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the host machine and automatically control each process according to programmed control procedures, data acquisition and warning alarms. Single row control is a common control method in coating production line. Each process is controlled by a column. The electric control box (cabinet) is set near the equipment, and the cost is low. 7, suspension conveyor chain suspension machine is the transport line of industrial production line painting line.
